What is purplefernbooks.com?
Purple Fern Books is a woman owned independent bookstore. We specialize in getting hard to find books directly from the publisher. We are owned and operated out of Santa Fe, NM and we were established in 2022.
How long does shipping usually take?
For flat rate shipping, we use USPS, and they say 3-10 days from the date of shipment. If you choose priority shipping, it usually takes about 3 days after shipping to arrive.
Shipping times are in addition to processing times, which can vary. If we have to special order the item it can take longer.
How can I track my Order?
To track your order, first you need to please create an account. This can be done before or after you have placed an order. If you have created an account after your purchase, we can still link your order so you can log in to view it’s progress! Requests must be sent via email to: books@purplefernbooks.com

How do I get a REFUND?
Purple Fern only accepts returns for damaged products.
In the event that you are unsatisfied with your purchase, and your order has not started the fulfillment process at our store, we will cancel your order. We do not process your payment until the shipment process has begun
